We build the systems you should have had years ago.

We're a San Antonio technology company. We build custom software, websites, and apps — and install the hardware they run on. The whole thing, set up properly, and all of it yours to own.

See what we do

You'll own everything we build, and there's a real person on the other end of the phone. Most projects start with a free thirty-minute conversation.

Sound familiar?

If any of these are true, there's usually a straightforward fix — and it usually costs less than the problem does.

  • The fixOne system that runs jobs, scheduling, and invoicing — built around how you already work, not the other way round.

  • The fixLive job costing: you watch what a job costs while it's happening, not in an argument afterwards.

  • The fixOne team, whole job — the software, the hardware, the on-site install, and the support, under one roof.

  • The fixA site you own outright, every account in your name, every password documented and handed over.

  • The fixGood. Neither do we. AI should draft, sort, and save time — while your people keep the voice, judgment, and final say.

  • The fixA care plan with a person who answers. We built it, so we can fix it — usually the same day.

We do the whole job. Not a slice of it.

Most companies sell you one piece and leave the rest to someone else. We sit down, work out what your business actually needs, and then build every part of it ourselves.

Plan

We work out what should exist before anyone writes a line of code. Sometimes the answer is far simpler than you expected.

Software

Custom systems, websites, apps, and the tools your team uses every day.

Hardware

Servers, networks, and on-site machines — chosen, installed, and labeled.

Automation & AI

Repetitive work handled quietly. AI only where it genuinely helps, with people still in charge of voice, judgment, and approvals.

Support

We set it all up, train your people, and stay reachable when something needs to change.

You own the code, data, and accounts.

AI only where it helps, with humans in control.

Software, hardware, setup, and support from one team.

One person with an idea, or a company with five locations.

Individuals

You have an idea, or a business idea that needs software to exist. We'll tell you honestly what it takes — and whether it's worth doing.

Small businesses

The workarounds have stopped working. We replace the spreadsheets and sticky notes with one system your team will actually use.

Established companies

Multiple locations, real compliance requirements, systems that must talk to each other. We plan it properly, build it, and install what it runs on.

  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical & roofing
  • Construction & contractors
  • Clinics, dental & medical
  • Law firms & accountants
  • Auto shops & dealerships
  • Restaurants, bars, salons & shops
  • Real estate & property management
  • Nonprofits, churches & schools
  • Manufacturing, warehouses & logistics
  • Agencies & professional services

That's just who's called us so far. If your business runs on phone calls, paperwork, and a schedule — we build for it.

What makes us different from every other shop in town.

We ship our own software.

Charles is an AI coding tool we designed, built, released, and still maintain — with real users who install it. Most local agencies resell someone else's platform. We write ours.

We do the software and the hardware.

Almost nobody does both. Most companies write the app and hand you off to an IT firm for the machines it runs on — then the two blame each other when it breaks. We write the software, install the server it runs on, and wire up the network ourselves. One team, one number to call.

AI that never leaves your building.

When AI is the right fit, we can go further than a chatbot plugin. We can install AI that runs entirely on your own hardware, so patient files, contracts, and customer records never get uploaded to anyone. That is expert-level work — and we still only recommend it when it actually fits.

You'll never meet a salesperson.

There isn't one. Everyone here builds. The person who sits down with you writes the code — which is also why we'll tell you when a project isn't worth doing.

See what we've shipped

The whiteboard is costing you more than the software would.

Every week on paper is quotes that never get followed up, jobs that get double-booked, and hours your team spends retyping things a computer should already know. It doesn't feel like it's costing anything, because it never shows up on an invoice. It shows up in the jobs you didn't win.

Meanwhile, your competitor down the road already lets people book online at eleven at night.

What you get that you won't get elsewhere.

You own it. All of it.

The code, the data, the accounts — they're in your name, not ours. Most companies rent you your own website and quietly hold the keys. We hand them over. If you ever want to take your project somewhere else, you can, and nothing breaks.

We set the whole thing up.

Owning it doesn't mean you have to run it. We handle the technical setup end to end — hosting, domains, email, security, the works — and get it running properly before we hand it over. You don't need to know what any of that means.

One company for the whole job.

Website, software, hardware, automation — one team and one phone number, instead of refereeing between three vendors who each blame the other two.

You'll understand every word.

No jargon quotes, no mystery invoices. You'll get a plan you can actually read: what we're building, what it costs, when it's done. If we can't explain it simply, we don't understand it well enough yet.

It should still feel human.

Technology should not flatten the personality out of your business. We build tools that save time while keeping your voice, judgment, and customer relationships intact.

What working with us looks like

Consult

Free, no pressure — at your business or on a call. We learn how you operate and where the friction is.

Proposal

A clear, readable plan: what we'll build, what it costs, when it lands. You'll understand every line.

Build

You see progress as it happens. Nothing disappears into a black box for three months.

Setup & handover

We set it all up — hosting, accounts, the technical parts — then train your team and hand you the keys. Everything's in your name. We stay a phone call away.

Small on purpose.

We're a small team of builders in San Antonio. The person who sits down with you is the person who builds your project — and the person who answers when you call six months later. There's no account manager in between, no work quietly shipped overseas, and nobody you've never met touching your business.

Operating out of Texas. Working with businesses on-site and remotely.

Straight answers

Are we too small for you?

Almost certainly not. Most of the businesses we work with are small San Antonio companies, and we take on individuals with a real project too. We size the work to your business, not the other way around.

What is this going to cost me?

It depends on what you need, which is exactly why the first conversation is free. You'll get a real number in writing before anything starts — and if we don't think a project is worth your money, we'll tell you that instead of selling it to you.

Do you handle the hosting and all the technical setup?

Yes — the whole thing. Hosting, domain, email, security certificates, backups: we set it all up so it runs properly from day one, and you never have to touch it. The one difference from most companies: the accounts are in your name. You own it, we just do the work.

Do we need AI, or is that just the trend right now?

You might not need it. We build websites, software, hardware setups, reports, forms, scheduling, and internal tools with or without AI. AI is one of our stronger capabilities, but it only belongs where it makes the work faster, clearer, or safer.

Will AI make our business feel less personal?

Not if it is built correctly. The point is to remove repetitive work, not remove your personality. We keep humans in the loop for customer-facing decisions, pricing, promises, sensitive messages, and anything where tone matters.

Someone else built our website and we're stuck. Can you help?

Usually, yes — and it's a common call. We'll look at what you've got and give you a straight answer about whether it's worth keeping, fixing, or starting over. Sometimes the honest answer saves you money.

What happens if something breaks after you hand it over?

Call us. Owning your system doesn't mean you're on your own with it — we're a phone call away, and we know it inside out because we wrote it. If you'd rather we keep an eye on things for you, we can do that too. What you'll never get is a bill just to keep your own website switched on.

Do we need to understand any of the technical side?

No. That's our job. We handle the hosting, the domain, the email, the security — all of it — and we explain what matters in plain English. If we ever make you feel stupid, we've done it wrong.

How long will it take?

A website is usually a matter of weeks. A full business system is usually months. You'll get a real date in writing — not a guess on the phone — and you'll see progress along the way instead of waiting in the dark.

One useful email a month.

Plain-English notes for San Antonio business owners — what's worth doing with your website, your systems, and yes, AI (only when it earns it). No spam, no selling your address, unsubscribe in one click.
